I was using the touchpad browsing the internet and everything was working fine and all of the sudden my mouse started to lag very badly. I kept moving it around and eventually it went back to normal but now it's just stuck lagging. I've tried shutting it down multiple times, updating the drivers, and even trying in another OS and it keeps giving me this weird lag problem. When I used a USB mouse it works normally but the touchpad lags if I move that, any ideas how I could fix this?

Edit: I may have spoke too soon, after putting it to sleep a few times and trying again it seems better now. Going to turn it off for a while and mess with it more when I get out of work.

I wanted to bump this thread up as I am still having problems with this on and off. It seems everyone in a while this will occasionally come back and it is extremely frustrating.

Either I will be using the touchpad and out of no where it will seem to stop working all together, or lag very badly and make using it almost impossible, or what I have started to notice recently is I will be using a USB mouse and out of no where it will stop working. It will still be connected, powered on and everything but it will not detect it or have it do anything. It will then switch back to the touchpad because of this (with "disable touchpad when usb mouse is connected). When trying to use the touchpad when this is happening, it does the weird laggy crap and not work properly, but also seem to switch back and forth between the mouse and touchpad. The mouse will start working for a few seconds then stop, then the touchpad will be messed up for a few minutes and go back. I've even tried turning off the "disable the touchpad when usb mouse is connected" and it does the same stuff.

I have tried reinstalling synaptics drivers for this, shutting down the computer multiple times, putting it to sleep etc etc and it always comes back after restarting it like that, then will randomly go away again.

This is getting extremely frustrating as it always comes up when I'm doing something or need my laptop and I'm running out of ideas except for a straight up reload. Am I the only one who's had issues like this either with the m11x or laptop in general?
