hey guys i have searched the forum and the interweb for this issue and kinda drew a blank,
i am a new owner of a i5 4gb ram r2 oc cpu to 156 atm , however when i tried to play fallout 3 , i get to the goat test, and it just says the program is not responding,
plays all other games fine like deadrising 2, just cause, bfbc2 , mw2 all fine..
anyone experienced this issue?

Try this:
Open up the fallout.ini file in: My Documents\My Games\Fallout3
Find the line:
bUseThreadedAI=0
change it to:
bUseThreadedAI=1
Add another line after it and insert:
iNumHWThreads=2
This will limit the game to 2 cores and prevent the engine bug from causing the game to freeze. -
although many say these drivers are bad try them out they might work NVIDIA - Download Drivers

How can you possibly know what Santa is going to bring you for Christmas. It all depends on so many factors, most specifically the definition of Good and whether or not you have been it. -
