    Sounds like something is amiss with your lcd cabling. You have a few options, you could tear down your m11x and reconnect the lcd cables using this video. You could also call a tech out to come check it out if you have in-home support. I guess Im really not one to trouble shoot since I dont own anything brand new but it could also help if you re-install your operation system along with all your drivers.

    I wouldn't mess with it. Just call Dell support and have them fix it.

    There is absolutely no reason to mess with your own laptop while it's under warranty, unless you know exactly what the problem is and exactly how to fix it. You risk screwing something else up on your laptop, and voiding the warranty altogether if something goes wrong.

    Completely agree - this is at most 2 months old and therefore practically brand new and should be addressed by Dell.

    checked now and its not happening ( 10% bat left)so let me charge it and look at it again..
