hello, i installed the latest driver updates for my nivida 335m on the m11x, and I can't switch between integraded graphics and the 335m with FN+F6.

do i have to uninstall the latest drivers so i can switch between them again?

Where did you download your latest driver from? Dell currently has the most up to date Driver for the M11x. Any other driver from Nvidia or third party will not support the Fn+F6 switching function.

Yes, the only graphics drivers to support the switching between the intergrated Intel gpu and the discrete Nvidia gpu are the ones available by Dell on the M11x driver page.

Attempting to install anything else will kill that ability and keep you on the Nvidia 335m.

Did they ever work out the problem with the dox drivers causing the 330m to stay on even though the user already made the switch to IGP via taskbar?

In all honesty, after Dell released the 197.x beta for the M11x, I have stopped following the progress of the dox hacked drivers. I should dig that up again.

Here is what you need to do. Download the video drivers from dell and the current driver from Nvidia. When you execute these files it will extract the install files. You will need to copy all the new Nvidia drivers in to the dell folder where the Nvidia /Intel drivers are located. Now just copy and paste. This will install the new Nvidia driver and you will be able to switch back to intel.
