ok. so i enabled in bios, and fn+f6 but i don't know how to tell which is the 1.3 and which is 1.7. can someone enlighten me?

Control Panel > System and Security > System > under Processor you'll see if it's 1.3 or 1.7
-
I checked there before, but it says Both:
U7300 @ 1.3 GHz 1.73GHz
it says that before and after every switch the gfx makes -
If it says 1.73GHz, then that's it. There won't be any mention of 1.73GHz when it's actually at 1.3GHz, but 1.3GHz is hard-coded into the name of the processor.

yea. I figured it out. there's a little icon on the toolbar that has choices between performance mode, and battery mode.
but on a side note so i don't have to make another thread. I have titans Quest on my m11x. non steam. How do i play without using the disk? I know on d2 there was a file you moved from the d2 disk to the file on your hard drive -
If your hands shake, you feel jittery, wide awake, and you want more coffee NOW...you're overclocked.
Interestingly enough, Windows says mine is 1.73GhZ, but CPU-Z states it's only 1.6. Ugh. Confused- work boring! Must have coffee
how to tell if overclocked
