Finally got my m11x and I have to say i'm pretty impressed. I managed to overclock the cpu to 1.66 alright and then last night played FFXIV at work using my cell phone as a tether lol. With texture quality set to 'standard' and texture filtering set to low, and ingame i turned of shadows, it turned out a pretty playable night.

I'm huge on emulators, so I put the ps2 emulator to the test and final fantasy X played pretty good. Granted I only played 20 minutes worth I can't guarantee anything, but so far its awesome.

Just wanted to share my experience. So far so good as it has done what I wanted to with it so far. Play my MMO game, all the emulators work(expected so except for ps2, that one worried me, but glad it worked), and very extremely portable! Thanks NBR for the tips n tricks to help get the best out of this machine.

congrats on the new toy. Now as an emulator junkie, I guess its time for you to install your NES, SNES, Sega, N64, Atari, and Mame emulators too :)

I use pcsx2. So far so good with it, on their site they have a list of what works good and what doesn't. But of course i think the machine matters a well.

@cliffmidnite - Of course! I got NES, SNES, N64 installed so far. I want to test out dreamcast

Dreamcast plays pretty sweet on my R1! NullDc that is. Playing through Shenmue and apart from a few graphics glitches, it's great. Have also tried powerstone 2 and project justice... both worked a charm. Have fun! And congrats on your new m11x :D
