Does anyone else have this phone of similar samsung? I used to just plug it in my old laptop, then on the phone sceen it says make music player or make mass storage. I would hit mass storage then I could just drag and drop onto the 16gb built in mini sd card.

Whehn I plug it in to my new m11x I dont here the new device ding when its plugged in, but the phone dings and begins to charge. No errors in Device Manager, and nothing that looks like my phone listed under the usb tab.

I really need to transfer a movie before I go work out later, so if you have advice please share. I might go get one of those mini sd card readers. I know the usb works as I use my 360 controller and wireless keyboard everyday.
Thanks in advance guys and gilrs

Try plugging it into a different USB port.

It's something to do with Windows 7 64. I can connect my Captivate to XP or Windows 7 32 bit just fine but not 64. I haven't really tried to fix the issue but I will try again later today and let you know.
