So which way is better for battery life in the long run?

Keep the laptop plugged whenever I can and stay 100% for pretty long time.

    or

Use battery until its low and charge it and unplug at 100% and circulate in that manner.

I bring the laptop around a lot so can't take battery off and put in fridge

From what alot of people are saying is to turn off battery charge and leave the battery at 40%-50% and run it on the AC untill you need to go somewhere. Then before you have to leave turn on Battery charging and charge it up to 100%.

As for me I have battery charging off in the Bios and I leave it plugged in all the time. I have not noticed any over charging while it is on the AC.
