Is this to factory settings or to anything I added after the fact: bios, drivers, programs? I was wondering if this will work to move from HD to SSD?

It is a factory software. As i know, you can add it later, that if you have not touch the partition dell/alienware made on your HardDrive.
Also, as i know, if you have an m11xR1 you may have Dell DatasafeBackup instead of Alienrespwn.
I THINK that you can move it from HD to an SSD if you have made the recovery thing with DellDataSafeBackup and install the backup on the new driver.
