First off, kindly forgive me if this has been addressed already but I have found threads for help on fixing the other zones for mx11 but have yet to find one on zone 4 (alienware logo right under the lcd screen).

This zone on my laptop does not light up at all. All other zones work properly. Before I uninstall anything, I wanted to pick your brains and see if there is something i can download like a patch or something to fix this particular zone. Your feedback would be awfully appreciated.

    Peace and granola...

    Rev.

These are the best troubleshooting steps to try when the command center has an issue with the lights. However if that doesn't work, it will be better to reinstall the Command Center. This article shows the correct way to do that.

I tried the first recommendation and nothing. Did a repair on the installation and prompted me for a file to locate in order to continue the repair. That failed also since I dont know if I even have it. I am waiting to get to Dell's download drivers and software page to download the Command Center but seems the site is hiccuping as I am getting the message "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request." Have been trying for the last half hour so I imagine its something glitched on Dell's end. I'll try again later.
