Hey guys it's the first time I used this forum. I received the M11x yesterday:
    i7/320 gb hdd/8gb ram/335m
With that said it came with 64 bit home edition so I reformatted everything and put ultimate with it. I installed all the drivers. Have games working fine on it (SCII and COD4 and what not work fine). The ONLY THING is that...youtube videos are sometimes just black. Note I said sometimes because sometimes they work! I closed the browser, reopened it but like 70% of the time it is just a black video but I hear everything. I tried different browsers and sometimes it works with IE or Firefox but most of the time it is also just a black screen. With Chrome (my primary browser) it is just a black box. I don't see the play button, the volume, nothing...With firefox/IE I see the play button and the time elapsed but it's just a black box on top of that and every time I scroll my mouse over the time elapsed or volume (on IE and Firefox) and lets say the volume pops up, the image of the volume meter is just frozen into the black box...I don't know if you guys know what I mean so I'll put a picture up

That's how it looks on Chrome. I'm not sure if it's a flash issue because Vimeo works fine but sometimes the flash plugin crashes. I don't know...It's just weird can anyone help me out??? Like I said, it's just a black screen but the sound works.

Right click on the video & go to options & uncheck "enable hardware acceleration" & see if it plays.

If it does, read this thread.

    This one too

I realize that you have an R2, but if your issue is related to the issues in those threads it might be something to do with hardware acceleration on the Intel GPU.

Also check this: Looks like it could be a flash update issue.

Yeah I had this problem too. You didn't have to make a new thread its already been solved you could have done a search. Its a flash issue. Arak-Nafein answered it above.
