This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Can i get rid of youcam? What is it and do i even need that junk?

    you can uninstall it, your webcam is going to work only with the drivers, youcam only its usefull for taking autophotos and the special FX

    YouCam is annoying it likes to open up at wierd times on skype & a couple other programs. I think i will uninstall it too.
