    Would you buy a second hand alienware with hinge issues?

    question says it all - the screen issues have been fixed (ie hinge replaced) and a new screen fitted. I'd be buying it off a mate rather then ebay so I know he's genuine - but don't know if the problem has been completely fixed or whether hinges continue to break after being replaced. Any ideas?
