Will you buy Medal of Honor for M11x (R1) or XBOX 360??

I'm trying to decide whether to get MOH, due out this week, for my m11x or the 360. Do you think it will play at high settings on the m11x? Also, never having tried it so excuse the noob question, is multi-player on a pc version of a game the same as the xbox version?

    Thanks

Lol don't listen to vorob. It has a very nice story line. The only thing people are fussing about is that it's always taking place in the mountain/desert. HENCE WHY THE SETTING IS AFGHANASTAN. It's a decent game. Has some intense moments as well as some boring ones. Campaign allows you to blow limbs off of enemies though. :) Multiplayer already has hackers on the PC version so i'd say go for the xbox version for the overall fun. (I have the r2 and i think it ran fine on all high but shading low)

I seen MOH, and honestly, I think it's pretty much same as BF:BC2. I heard this game is a step towards BF3, which I'm waiting anxiously.

No, the PC beta was awful. Shame on you, Dice.

I forgot that its all about call of duty. A game that has been repainted since 2004.

Why try something new right? Moh is a good game I wouldn't say its groundbreaking but its not as bad as ppl say.

The big argument is lack of recoil for guns, which apparently is overlooked in the COD series. Which can turn into a spray fest (especially Trailer park map).

I'm going to buy it for PS3 because it comes with a HD remake of MOH frontline, also with Omaha beach remade in HD.

MOH multiplayer is basically a toned town BF BC 2. No huge destructible objects. While the single player uses the unreal engine, and plays alot like cod, but with a better storyline than Modern warfare 2. (but not better than Call of duty 4: MW)

anyways thats my opinion. It also comes with BF 3 beta code, which is prob going to be the new top fps :) I can't wait.

Black ops I'm grabbing it for ps3 prestige edition, then returning the game (keeping the car) and buying it for pc. I smell an epic pc fail for this game, If I'm not mistaken it uses Vac, which sucks. Lets hope Trayarch pulls a good game, it shouldn't be hard to top IW fail mw 2.

I have MOH, played through 2 betas. Some parts of game are great (graphics) and others need help (combat missions).

Its a snipers paradise on some maps. Defenders always have the edge.

I am still playing it. I needed a small break from BFBC2 which I can't seem to put away no matter what.

    Best Wishes, StevenX

I can never justify spending $60 on a computer game, but maybe that's just because I'm a poor college student. It does seem like a really cool game though.

On a side note, does anyone know if DICE is coming out with another battlefield any time soon?

I played the beta for admittedly a short time.

I felt my dollars were better spent picking up Left for Dead 2 on a steam sale for less than $10.

The 360 version is fine, I beat the campaign last night and fired up some Multi. It's decent. The PC version is better looking, but I like playing games like this on a bigger TV. I know I could plug my m11x in, but eh. Pain in the . :)

In the end I bought the game for my Alienware m11x and I'm happy. Playing it at full resolution with reasonably high settings and it runs just fine. The AI is a bit iffy but apart from that it's a good game with some very good original levels and some not so good copycat levels.

Makes me think I'll get the PC version of Black Ops rather than the XBox version, it's great being able to take your games with you....

yep, happy here with it on my R1, runs pretty good actually. Add a good portable mouse and you've got awesome gaming where ever you are at.

SOO true sad panda....MOH is a good game....but we cant lie ourselfs thinking.... that cod games sucks etc..everyone likes cod, and we love to hate cod too....I'm still thinking to buy black ops for pc or ps3. Since every ps3 game is about 4x more expensive in my country than the U.S
