    Why does cpu-z only show 6x266 @ OC

    which sums up in 1600 MHz. But windows shows 1,73 and during boot the bios posts 1700 MHz.

    Without OC cpu-z shows 6,5(!) x 200 MHz

    CPU-z should be more valid, isnt it?

    That's a R1, he said 1.73GHz, which means no turboboost.
