I have a m11xr1 that has had several motherboards replaced over the years. I am good about keeping my warranty active and still has a fair amount of time left on it. This last time parts were back ordered making me wait a week or so, then the beginning of last week when the parts did come in, the onsite tech did not even come out, after saying he tried to call twice and then sent the parts back to dell and I would have to call them back. So I called dell and they said they were going to replace my unit. Will it be another m11xr1? They said it would be a week or so before I would find out what specific model I would get. Do they slap replacement parts together to make a new unit?

We usually look for a PC that is equal or better than the one you have. If we have non available you will be offered different options accordingly.
