I've clicked alien respawn... and restore, etc...
But there is NO option anywhere, for going back to factory default... not even restoring to an earlier point in time
    No options what so ever...

I really want to start the system from scratch, but how can i do this?

Boot from the recovery partition on your HDD?

    I think it's F8 on boot then repair/diagnostics > Alien Respawn.

Something like that, i should know though i did it just yesterday.
