I placed 2 orders by mistake and got the following email from Dell (censored personal info):

    Dear Customer,
We’re unable to process your Dell Orders as we’ve received potential duplicate orders from you.
    Internet Receipt Numbers:
    [GB01*2-8753-5****]
    |3306**** ,3306****]
We need to know if this is a mistake – so please take the following steps:
    1) Click "Reply" button - (at the top of this email)
    2) Put an "X" in the right box (this cannot be done before you've clicked "Reply")
    3) Click "Send" button
Please note, you only have the options below, we won’t be able to see any additional comments you write.
    Your choice
Put your "X" in this column
This is NOT a mistake – Please urgently process ALL my orders
    IGB0132-8753-5**** 33062*** ] is NOT a mistake – Please urgently process it

    [33062*** ,33062*** ] is NOT a mistake – Please urgently process it

This is a mistake - Please cancel ALL my orders

If we do not receive a reply to this email within 3 working days we will only process your FIRST Order – all others will be cancelled.
As soon as we receive your reply we can process your order as a priority
    Dell Order Management

What does an "X" do? Does it cancel the order or initiate the order?

    Thanks a lot

Looks like you have 4 options. 1) none are a mistake, 2) first order is not a mistake, 3) second order is not a mistake, 4) all orders are a mistake.

Just tick the correct box. Jobe done.

I did call them, but the Indian representatives are hopeless, its like talking to a brick wall. The guy doesn't have a clue.

I'm just going to put an X in the correct one.

    Thanks a lot guys.
