I placed 2 orders by mistake and got the following email from Dell (censored personal info):

Were unable to process your Dell Orders as weve received potential duplicate orders from you.

We need to know if this is a mistake so please take the following steps:
1) Click "Reply" button - (at the top of this email)
2) Put an "X" in the right box (this cannot be done before you've clicked "Reply")
3) Click "Send" button

Looks like you have 4 options. 1) none are a mistake, 2) first order is not a mistake, 3) second order is not a mistake, 4) all orders are a mistake.
Just tick the correct box. Jobe done. -
I did call them, but the Indian representatives are hopeless, its like talking to a brick wall. The guy doesn't have a clue.
I'm just going to put an X in the correct one.
