    So i remember many years ago some of you were upgrading screens. I've googled but looks like these panels are no longer sold. But i found one on Ali Express, that's okay. But i totaly can't undersrand what cable i need? Can you please help me detect the right one? Thx!

    you are in luck!

    I also have a m11x r3 I just bought recently and I will perform this upgrade too :)

    You just need a 40 pin left to right converter cable because the one in the m11x is too short, thats why you need it only. its basically only a flex cable extension

    here is an example and the one I bought:

    You dont need that exact one, just search for "15.6 left to right" for example. They are all pretty much the same size, dont be irritated by the 15.6" (the cable will be too long and needs to be folded behind the display, if I understood correctly)


    only thing that is important is that it needs to be 40 pin such as the m11x display cable

    Now wish me luck please as I have never switched any screens before
