I have a M11X r3 laptop with the 6250 wireless card. I would like to upgrade it to the Killer Network card 1103 that supposedly gives 450 Mbps of speed. This particular card comes with three connectors. My M11X only has two antennas. Will only connecting two antennas into the Killer Wireless prevent me from getting the full 450 Mbps speed? Or are those two totally different things?

    thanks.

Correct, you need to have 3 antenna to get 450, with only 2 wires you might aswell just get the 1102 card.

I cant find any 1102 cards. Could I get the 1103 card and only connect to 2 of the antenna? Would this work at all?

From the Intel 6250, the Killer 1102 is barely considered an "upgrade". Performance gains are minor and then even then the benefits are arguable as some people love it and others hate it. Honestly, i think it just depends what you've upgraded from.

Yes connecting 2 antennas would "work" (ie. it would still function as a network card) but it will be no better than what you have now TBH.

Depends, if it's the intel 1000 (stock for US) then yea, if it's 6250 (stock for Aus, maybe UK) then not really.
