My touchpad works perfectly but while I'm using my laser mouse it keeps activating the left mouse button. Playing BF3 with my mouse and the gun just keeps shooting.
If I use my old optical mouse, the right mouse button will not work.
I've used every USB/ uninstalled the mouse from device manager and autodetect it/ run Windows in safemode ports and the mouse still doesn't work.
    Is it my motherboard problem?

strange, maybe an issue with the USB controller?
did you try the mouses on an other PC just to make sure?
did you overclock your USB polling?

Do you have the track pad disabled when mouse is plugged in?

FYI usb "overclocking" is sometimes used by fps gamers.
I suspect your motherboard to be faulty, did you contact Dell for replacement?
