Does anyone know of any unlocked BIOS for the M11x R3? There are two things I'm looking to do with it; able to upclock the memory to at least 1600MHz and disable the damn intergrated graphics.

You will have to contact Dell and see if they have a master password. If they do not then you will have to replace the motherboard. When you contact Dell you have to verify proof of ownership.

What are you talking about? Master password for what? Why would I have to replace the motherboard?

In order to enter the BIOS setup menu you must press F2 at boot to get into the menu. Does it prompts you for a password at that time, then that is what I am talking about.

No it doesn't at all. I wanted an unlocked BIOS to make changes to the computer that a regular BIOS has hiding. Like being able to overclock memory and so on.

On the note of being locked out of the bios if you forget the password or something, a cmos reset will do the trick with AW notebooks.

The unlocked BIOS means that he wants to be able to change features that aren't allowed to be changed in the DELL BIOS. People use that for modifying the clock speeds and voltages. TechInferno.com is always the best place to get those.
