I just got an m11x in a trade, have been trying to reset it to factory condition...however there seems to be an issue with alienrespawn where when it reboots to start the reimaging the boot fails

I saw a fix (Win7_Respawn_Fix) on alienware.com, which I downloaded, but when I try to run the fix it says it is 'unable to find mbr.exe'

I'm sure other people have had issues with it, I've been unable to find anything on NBR....any suggestions?

    I have an R1 m11x

Did you get the CD with it as well? That is the easiest way for me.
