Have you tried other video drivers?

Do you get any error when the game crashes?

i got mine working, firstly check your integrity of your steam files ( mine had to redownload 3.6 gb for some reason )

secondly i know this is for shogun, but i have used it on games in the past and it does allow the game to see your dedicated card,

    STW2 and Nvidia Optimus GPU's - [3 workarounds/solutions] - Page 9

just change those three lines on your tombraider profile and your card will show up in the options
