    Is there a way to stop m11xr2 throttling besides TS..dosnt seem to work for me

    I assume you mean GPU throttling so Powermizer Manager from SomeMoreBytes is your friend.

    I was talking about the cpu not the gpu my bad should of said so

    So far TS is the only program I know of that is a workaround throttling. Otherwise try lower settings in general.

    Turning off Turbo Boost and Speed Step in BIOS will stop CPU Throttling...

    You can still Overclock with those features off as well..
