    Quick question!

    Do ThrottleStop & EVGA precision make persistent changes? In other words, do the programs need to remain open to be effective? What about after a reboot?

    ThrottleStop is not persistent and needs to be running and turned on in order to work. Precision on the other hand can be setup to apply settings at startup.

    You can setup TS to run at startup via a scheduled task. Search the TS thread for how to do that.
