    Switching between gfx cards.

    I have installed the drivers from the dell website, when switching between cards both of the cards stay in device manager.

    If I go to save mode I still have the Nvidia card in device manager.

    If I go to performance mode it still has the Intel card in device manager.

    Should both be in there all of the time?

    Yes, both cards remain in Device Manager.

    You absolutely would not want the devices to un/install every time you switched. That would cause a ridiculous number of problems over time.

    If you have the M11xR1, the nVidia card should disappear when you are in 'Save power' mode, but the Intel card will always be there.

    It will take quite a bit of time (15-20 mins I think) for the nVidia card to disappear from Device Manager after you switch to Save Power mode.
