    Sound going quiet...

    ok so i use KMP and iTunes for my music, but it goes quiet randomly, i am not sure why as sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't... say when closing lid, when screen turns off, when games turns on, when i alt+tab the game unless it does it when i turn the game on...

    I am unsure what sort of witch craft setting to look for, any help with the issue(or supposedly a feature?)? It gets annoying, sometimes it stays quiet and i have to reboot (~15seconds but you know... annoying).

    anyways, ideas? thx

    I don't really know if this is right but check your sound settings/preferrences. You could have apps set to lower the volume when other programs are running or if it's in the background
