Sony Vegas is what I have used for the past several years for video editting, and I do a decent number of it.

On my m11x, on new and old versions of it, it seems buggy, and the video lags, and takes FOREVER to render.

My old m15x does wonders with it, I would think a Core i7 and 335m would do better than a Core 2 Duo and 8800m...

    Any help is always appreciated.

Update: It seems to be leaking memory too, gets up 256mb and crashes on rendering.

There is a trial for download, I'd love to see if anyone else has buggy and errorific experiences.

Any other VERY GOOD software recommendations for trial use before I purchase? I need to edit on my m11x, and Vegas seems to be a no go.

Switch to Linux! and get Ubuntu studio, it has vid-editing software + much more
