Can anyone who owns a M11x r3 tell me if the sleep mode works well with the factory Seagate HD? My biggest fear is that I shut the lid, stuff it in my bag and find out a few hours later that it never went to sleep and the fans ran full blast in the bag (this actually happened with a Dell XPS 13" I used to own!). I am use to my MacBook air sleeping and opening the lid sometimes days later and everything is still perfect.

I've had no problem with sleep mode. Shut the lid, wait a few seconds for it to sleep, and off I go. I even have it set to hibernate after so long and it kicks on to go into that mode and back off after a few seconds without any issues.
