well i got patriot inferno 120gb for a bit over a month now, no issues, 240mb/s read easy... Though i wouldn't recommend it unless it is really cheap (i got a new one for 80£) due to sandybridge chip used.

Intel 320 series have good reliability, and i hear intel are indeed making most reliable ones at the moment. i doubt you will notice any difference between say sata 2/3 ones, or pretty much anything over 200mb/s etc.

careful with those sandforce drivers or w/e they're called... hear they mess up pretty often... i would stick with sata II 3gb... cheaper and more reliable as of now

Both Samsung and Intel are great SSD cards, I wouldn't say one is better than the other but I generally like Samsung's better than Intel's.
