    So I preordered SC2 a while ago, and couldn't play the beta on the crappy Macbook I'm using, which resulted in me purchasing the M11x. Has anyone ran the beta on the M11xR2? If so, how does it run?

    Great, it would have sucked if the game I bought a new computer for didn't run on the new computer.

    only thing on beta that i can tell is, when i get into 4v4 it says my computer is slowing teh game down

    i run all settings on high thou, and no oc, no turbo boost

    so i wonder if u turn it all down to medium and oc some stuff u shouldnt have a single issue

    ill try that tonight and post the results

    I run on the medium Preset and I really feel its the sweet spot for SC2.

    the R1 would in phase1 of the beta run it on high fine... but something has happened since to sc2, hopefully that will change, but its a lot heavier all of a sudden.

    Im running on low with ultra textures at the moment because otherwise the game slows down once I hit more than 110 supply... so annoying

    processors wont do much for In game performance from r1-r2 users?

    the r2 runs it worse because of drivers and what not. however, it should run it similar when they get tweaked out. sc isnt processor heavy so no big changes prolly
