    I have bought an alienware m11x and i rarely used it. From this month ,i become to use it seriously. now i found a lot of problems .

    1.Hinge making cracking sounds
    2.High temperature (can even boil an egg ) =D
    3.Bluetooth (sometimes appear and sometimes disappear)
    4.Blue Screen Problem > .. (approximately 4 times a week)
    sometimes automatically restart.
    5.The rubber bud under the laptop to make it stable is not on the same level .so i use it on the table and reallly uncomfortable ...
    6. Ac adapter is weird and can't use anymore.dell sent a new one ..

    I didn't know alienware had a lot of problems. It is been like 3 months .
    Can i return the product ??

    Please give me ideas what to do ??
    i am a new babie and help me out bros ..

    call support and state your problems

    return after 3 months of usage is out of question

    thanks for the info. how does dell repair computers ? i mean do they come and pick up or what?

    depends on the complexity of the problem
