    Hey Guys, I'm New Here ..
    My Question Is :
    Can M11x R2 Upgrade RAM,Processor & Graphic Cards?

    Current Specs:
    4Gb Ram
    Intel[R] Core I5 CPU U520 @ 1.07 GHz
    Geforce GT 335m

    Is It Possible To Upgrade To:
    8Gb/12Gb RAM
    Intel® Core™ i7-920 Processor 8M Cache, 2.66 GHz, 4.80 GT/s Intel® QPI
    Geforce Gt 650m

    CPU and GPU are soldered on, no swapping out.

    Even if you could they would not fit the 920 is a desktop processor unless you are thinking of the 920XM which would catch fire with the M11x cooling. The 650M is kepler and the current GPU is soldered in as well and again it is GDDR5 so it would most probably catch fire :D

    In regards to the HDD and RAM upgrade to your hearts content :)

    You can install a new R2 motherboard with the i7 processor, expensive for very little gain.

    If you find one you could put the R3 motherboard into your R2 chassis as shown here

    You can upgrade to 8GB RAM no problems. Nothing else in your list though.
