    Red colour on keyboard gone

    Hello,
    recently I noticed that after BIOS update. I've reverted the BIOS but same again - no red colour.... Removed the keyboard to check the cables but both seems to be firmly attached. Is it possible only 1 colour to burn?

    Try reloading the Alienware Command Center to see if this corrects the problem for you. Which BIOS were you flashing to when this happened. Anyone else seen this?
