    Hi there,

I am trying to recover my M11X system since it's getting pretty slow and messy but when I try to recover it using DellDataSafe back to the Factory settings I get an error telling me the recovery partition is damaged. Is there any way to fix this?

    Thanks!

a clean install with the provided cd is what you have to do. my partition got currupted too and after a 8hr phone call to dell that is what they told me. my only choice was to clean install with the cd. even the usb backup that i made from first getting the laptop doesnt work either for me. i guess my partition never worked from the beginning for me.
