I received a system replacement before the end of last year, and my hinge issue as just cropped up again. I call into tech support expecting the normal: give me your service tag, what''s the issue, and then the ok we will have a tech @ your house within a few days.
This time however i am told my account has been placed on hold because they never received my old system... I sent it back, even confirmed they had it within 2 weeks of sending it off - I even have the documentation to prove it. Although i have this they refuse to help me until i send the system back which i sent back and already had confirmed they had...
What can i do, i just want my hinges fixed =/.

I ended up spending 2 hours on the phone - they are supposed to call back Thursday (We will see if that actually happens)
Supposedly I'm in the clear, 11 days left on my warranty.
