I noticed this issue when playing Rage on my r3:

Constant screen tearing along the very top of the game with vsync enabled. I noticed rare but evident screen tearing with Battlefield 3 with vsync enabled. I'm beginning to think that the refresh rate of the screen is something along the lines of 60.003 or something like that. Kinda how 60hz is noticed as 59.94hz. Is anyone else having this issue and does anyone have an idea how to fix it? I have optimus enabled...and i THINK (but not positive) the same thing is happening on my m17xr3 when optimus is enabled. If its an optimus problem then its driver related right? I'm kinda dumb and you guys are geniuses. Help me please.

I have the M11xR3 and never noticed an issue. And I've used the builtin panel and several external monitors. Optimus is on all the time. It might be the drivers. Do you have the latest nvidia drivers 310.90?
