does anyone know or can explain why the refurb r3 i5 has a GT550 card?

Are we missing something or it's just a typo?

I would talk to a rep and if they say it is then screenshot it and get the reps name. If you buy it and it does not come with it then I'm sure there'd be something you could do about it.

    ... like what?

The most you could do is to be able to return the laptop, and talk Dell out of waiving the restocking fee.

Dell isn't going to just say "Oops, sorry, that's a typo. We'll give you your money back, and you can just keep the laptop."
