    I'm just curious if there's a list of possible R1 upgrades out there.

    dont think so as the processor has BGA sockets and soldered into the mobo, so for the gpu. = yu cant upgrade gpu/cpu.Yu can upgrade ram,hdd

    it depends on what you are willing to do and your level of tech experience. you can change out basic stuff like RAM, HDD, WWAN, WLAN, etc. But if you have alot of tech expertise you can try a pinmod that boosts your cpu clock speed past the 1.6 ghz limit. it involves opening the laptop and actually cutting a pin on the CPU, its pretty advanced stuff and extremely bad to get wrong. Also it voids your warrenty. Google m11x pinmod and its the first thing that comes up.
