Okay I was having some issues with my fan noise. So I figured it was probably dust inside. So than I did the teardown it was barely any dust in the fan. It wasnt even the noise that was really the problem. It was the fact it was making all this noise and at the same time barely!! I mean barely blowing any air out at all . I cant even use it without a cooler so it wont overheat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ? And when I hit it a little hard at the bottom of the intake part of the FAN its starts working blowing out air than goes back to barely MODE....

ANYONE PLEASE ANY ADVICE BEFORE I DESTROY THIS COMPUTER !

It looks like the problem could be the bearing. You can take it apart to check, and perhaps also lubricate the bearing (with machine oil) to see if that helps. If not, it's best to probably just buy a new fan from eBay or Dell.

it most likely just needs some oil, my uncle's laptop, i had to lubricate it 2 times now, it is like 10 years old though lol. They don't wear much as long as they are lubricated...

Oil could be of help or maybe another fan could do the trick.
