    So you guys know that USB port on the top left side? Is it supposed to work like a NORMAL usb port aside from charging things? I plug in USB flash drives and portable hard drives and it doesn't seem to find my drives..

    thats happened to me on other PCs before.

    make sure you dont have any USB devices pluged in, uninstal your USB controlers in device mgr. and then hit scan for hardware changes.

    let your PC install the USB controlers, restart and see if it works after you boor back up.
