    m11x has the "native privacy shield" built-in. comes with every m11x, perfactly fit, premium quality. you wont even notice it's there until your buddies next to you complain that your LCD screen sucks.

    I think they are referring to the mirror-like finish the m11x has.

    Off-center viewing is pretty bad - the sweet spot is very narrow. The relatively low brightness along with the mirror like finish means that I'm frequently forcing myself to focus on what's being displayed as opposed to what's being reflected on its surface - especially when gaming.

    I got my m11x today. The screen is very glossy and touches the keyboard. If I could put a privacy screen on it it may protect the screen some.

    Also I'd like a privacy filter for when I'm in class.

    i dont mind my students watching video of young sweet things doing inappropriate acts during my class. what i can't tolerant is that they dont make me a copy of what they watching after class.

    I'd like them to not be looking at the non PC sites and such that I access using my phone to tether with.
