    Hey guys, it seems that the m11x is undergoing a lot of fluctuation in price, and it has appeared to go up in price over the past couple weeks.

    I'm wondering if this is normal for Dell, and if you think the price will go back down a little.

    I'm also wondering what are some good sites to keep a lookout for Canadian Dell coupons, as I live in Canada.

    this is completely normal, any time i ordered from dell their deals and coupons changed all time.

    So how often does dell put things on sale? And do you think we will see a regular price decrease any time soon, or do you think they may have this laptop on their back to school sale?

    School just got out, give it a bit before you think about going back... ugh--actually, it doesn't really effect me 'cuz I'm already graduated. But, I don't see why they wouldn't put it on sale when school comes knocking.

    with dell it is always random sometimes there are $50 off coupons, sometimes $100 off, sometimes they have free upgrades or percent off upgrades on ram or the cpu or a hard drive. it always seems like there is some sort of discount going on

    Actually, I read awhile back an article that charted the price over something like 10 years, and it showed it was rather predictable year to year. IIRC, April and September are the two months that generally have the best deals (I'm pretty sure about September being one, but April I am less sure about--I remember September because I thought it was weird that it was the month after school started instead of before). I looked for the article but couldn't find it again, sorry.

    Its July 4th week & no coupons or upgrade deals on the M11x, so I'm waiting until I can get something off. Maybe by then they will have fix some of these problems posted here on this forum !
