    Playing Games with Disks

    I have alot of games on disks and some of them cant be made into images, is there a way I can still play these games without buying an external drive??

    If they're legacy games you could always make an image and run daemon tools or the like.

    copy the files off of the disc and transfer them to your laptop. using flash driver, external HDD, LAN connection. You should purchase an external drive. They are always handy and very convienant

    I install and play games like Morrowind, Half Life 2 and Diablo 2 on my Asus EEE PC 900 using iso's and Daemon Tools with no problem.

    I got a nice deal on a Targus DVD-ROM drive (the one Dell offers) off buy.com for $20. It's portable, shiny, black, slow, and it fits easily into the interior storage bin net in my laptop case. *Dr. Evil moment* :) I found it well worth the cash sacrifice.
