    Any tips on getting it to not look and sound like crap? I have it all set up and see the boot screen but its jumpy and flickering and the sound is crackling. also, any tips on how to set up the keyboard?

    You have absolutely zero chance of getting it to run smoothly, it takes way too much processing power. To get PCSX2 to run smoothly you need a dual core CPU clocked at 3.0 Ghz minimum.

    how come dragon quest 5 works at full speed while other ps2 games are unplayable ?

    It may be due to compatibility issues between the games and the emulator, have you checked the compatibility list?

    no i am just happy that the m11x-r2 is such a good laptop
