    Nvidia problems

    OK so my computer will not let me uninstall my nvidia drivers.

    I included a video so you can see exacly what is up, any suggestions?

    You should uninstall drivers from the Device Manager, not the control panel.

    why? It doesn't do anything different. It still uses the same routines the nVidia uninstall process uses...

    Well I do not know why that is happening in this case specifically, but this can happen with anything, and perhaps it was designed to be this way. Stuff can even be removed from the program list and still be installed, or a program/software will act like that and cannot be removed.

    The device manager you can swap drivers for the hardware, and remove the device (which would probably work best here). It will most likely just re-install the driver on the next startup unless you boot into safe-mode and clean the drivers out.

    Sorry not a specific answer, but you can fix it quicker than you can figure out why
