Hey, i'm having issues with my nvidia card..
There is an error 43 in the systemhardware list. I have no idea how to fix it.
I recently opened the laptop to repaste the CPU and GPU, i also installed an SSD. So its a clean instal of Windows7 with my Dell USB.
I have the 331.81 version of the nvidia driver installed the new 332.21 isn't working for me either..
Is there a posibility i damaged the GPU while repasting it?

Did you try getting back to the DELL drivers for both Intel and nVidia cards?

I tried to delete all stuff nvidia related, but it still wasn't working..
After I did a clean install of windows 7 (again...) and started downloading and installing the drivers from dell website to see if that would fix it.

to my surprise the card works now, no fualts but it's the old nvidia driver from dell i use now, will update later to latest.

I did notice when I installed the driver for intel graphic media the hardware faults where comming back !

So i deleted it again, but now my resolution is "crap" i'm stuck at 1024x768
and still no nvidia control panel.
