    What do you lose and gain if you install the current Nvidia Drivers from Nvidia's website over the Dell Drivers?

    You don't lose anything with the R2. Only the R1 will lose the ability to switch to integrated graphics. You gain the potential of increased performance with newer Nvidia drivers compared to older Dell ones.
