    Can anyone tell me how to fix and why that possibly happened? I can't get to any of the optimus options, only what's pictured above.

    this has just happened to me too. updated the driver to 266.58 earlier and now this?? you managed to fix it?

    Might be related. I just restarted my computer and it seemed to fix it.

    Ive actually had this problem many times (im not sure what caused it), but restarting does the trick every time :p
